Meet the 5 incredible Jordanian businesswomen on Forbes 2023 list.

Randa Sadik

The first Jordanian woman on Forbes’ list, Randa Sadik is the CEO of Arab Bank. Ranking 10th on the list, Randa is at the helm of a bank with over 600 branches around the world. She increased Arab Bank’s net income by 49% in 9 months, and is largely credited with the banks’ Sustainable Finance Framework.

Nadia Al-Saeed

Previously serving as Minister of Information and Communications Technology, Nadia Al-Saeed was appointed as CEO of Bank Al-Etihad in 2007. She has since successfully managed teams of up to 1,300 people and she helped increase the bank’s assets. Due to all her achievements, she occupied 44th place on Forbes Most Powerful MENA Businesswomen 2023.

Farah Hamdan

A known name in the healthcare sector, the regional general manager of Zimmer Biomet came in at 67th place. Having held major roles at leading healthcare companies, Farah Hamdan has over 18 years of experience that makes her excel in her position overseeing 150 people in the MENAT team.

Manal Jarrar

Just two years after joining the company, Manal Jarrar was appointed CEO of the National Insurance company that serves important clients like SGBL and the University of Jordan. It is thanks to her impressive career in the Insurance sector that Manal was ranked 85 on Forbes’ list.

Luma Fawaz

The Jordanian businesswoman taking the investments sector in Jordan by storm, Luma Fawaz also nabbed a spot on the list. Serving as the CEO of Oasis500 since 2018, she has helped the company diversify a portfolio of startups, including Abjjad, Amwalcom, and MadfooatCom, among others.
