Mansaf, a true national treasure. Loved by almost every Jordanian family and household, Mansaf is part of Jordan’s national cuisine specialties.

Now this iconic dish just got a major upgrade, thanks to a local Jordanian kitchen that cooked up the largest mansaf plate to date. It required 11 sheep, 55 kg of rice, and 30 kg of jameed.

It was also enough to feed 700 people, and is now on the list to be in the Guinness World Records book.
