Beggar Caught With 384 Dinars In Al Quwaysimah

The Ministry of Social Development announced the arrest of a beggar in the Qweismeh area of the capital, Amman with 384 dinars on him.

The director of the Anti-Vagrancy Department Maher Klobb stated that the beggar was caught twice last year, and had many legal claims against him.

Klobb added that the studies conducted by the ministry on beggars had proven that begging had become a way for people to make easy money.
