The flowers are about 12 to 15 centimeters wide, with dark petals that stand out dramatically against the earth. The plant itself grows to around 35 centimeters tall, with graceful, recurved leaves. It needs full sunlight and excellent drainage to thrive. The Karak Governorate is especially known for it.
