And today, the Greater Amman Municipality started demolishing buildings in Downtown Amman to build a cable car??? Who is funding these projects? Where is the money coming from? I honestly don\u2019t understand why they\u2019re sitting vacant. Instead of letting them go to waste, why not put them to good use? Walk through Downtown from one end to the other and you\u2019ll see that half the houses and commercial buildings are abandoned. What Amman needs are flyovers and bridges to help deal with the traffic. What about the houses around the Roman Theatre and the Citadel? How are people supposed to live normally when cable car passengers will be able to see straight into their homes? Are women supposed to stay covered up at home, or keep their curtains shut all day?
