Ramadan has always been a very special time of the year for Jordanians. From the decorated streets, to the scrumptious iftar spreads, to the heartwarming gatherings, the annual traditions give Ramadan a unique flavor each and every year. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This year, however, due to the coronavirus pandemic and the safety measures implemented by authorities, things will be different. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1. No huge iftar gatherings <\/strong><\/p>\n


<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. No going out past midnight<\/strong><\/p>\n


<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. No Taraweeh prayers<\/strong><\/p>\n


<\/strong><\/p>\n

4. No iftar\/suhoor outside the house <\/strong><\/p>\n


<\/strong><\/p>\n

5. No Ramadan tests or activities<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

While these changes will be difficult to adapt to, we have to keep in mind that they are for our safety. <\/p>\n
