They Turned Shawerma Into Dessert in Amman… and We’re Not Mad About It

We’ve seen a lot of dessert trends in Amman, but a shawerma made of chocolate? That’s a whole new level. Lychee Fruit, tucked away on Al Horeya Street, is serving just that, and it’s as dramatic as it sounds.

Instead of meat, they offer white and milk chocolate on a rotating skewer (yes, like the real thing), and shave it straight into a warm crepe. Add a drizzle, maybe some fruit, and you’ve got one of the most extra desserts in town.
