Recipe: Pistachio Mafroukeh, A Delicious Ramadan Dessert

Since it is the holy month of Ramadan, we are here to introduce you to some delicious desserts that are bound to become your favorites! Pistachio Mafrouka is one of the most delicious and easiest dishes to prepare, light and delicious after Iftar.

Here’s how to make it: – Place two cups of pistachios + two cups of powdered sugar in an electric mixer and grind until smooth – Add half a cup of sugar syrup to the mixture – Line small moulds with saran wrap – Press the pistachio mixture into the moulds – Add a dollop of Ashta – Cover with the pistachio pastry until the ashta is enveloped – Garnish with pistachio and lemon zest Sahtein!
